Clifton Bennett - Owner
Clifton Bennett - Owner

Clifton Bennett is the owner of CrossFit Adrenaline, opening the box in 2010. He is a graduate of Kennesaw State University with a BS in Exercise Science.  Clifton is passionate about

ensuring mobility and is well versed in the art of IASTM (instrument assisted soft tissue mobilization). He wants to be sure the body moves efficiently uses techniques such as graston and cupping along with more traditional techniques.

He is not only the owner and lead coach at CFA, but he also serves as personal trainer to many seniors who want to stay active and healthy after retirement and with his work as their Strength and Conditioning coach, Clifton was a big part in the 2017 GA Highlands Baseball team’s journey to a conference championship and the rank of 12th in the nation.

When not at the box, Clifton is a devoted family man and participating in activities with his wife, Paige and their children Cara and Colton.

some football and ran track. When he is not training he loves to spend time with his wife Ashlea, and their fur baby, Adonis. Todd also loves working with his AdvoCare team. Todd was honored to be featured in Advocare’s fall edition 2016 Impact magazine. He is passionate about working with people, and being able to help make a positive change in their life through fitness and nutrition.

Drew Barbash

Drew Barbash is a coach and athlete at CF Adrenaline. His full time job is a Global Sales Manager for a plastic hanger company. That’s right, he’s the guy who sells the stores their hangers!

Drew played rugby at the collegiate level with Georgia College and State University and has degrees in Marketing and Management.  He started Crossfit in 2012 and in 2013 joined the Adrenaline family.  When not at CrossFit Drew enjoys spending time with his wife, Erin, their baby son, Wyatt and their beagle, Penny Lane.

while he was in college. That was when he discovered his true passion for fitness. Lee started out coaching our ladies 6-week challenge class, but now he coaches our CrossFit Kids program and regular classes. Lee has been CrossFit coaching since 2015, but he has 5+ years of experience in fitness and training. Lee loves what he does, and loves seeing people achieve their goals in the gym.

Matt Moody is a coach and athlete at CF Adrenaline. He is a graduate of Kennesaw State University. His full time job is the worship pastor at a church here in Cartersville, GA. Matt has over twenty years of experience

in the sport of gymnastics as a competitor, and as a coach. He joined CrossFit in 2012 and began coaching in 2013. When not CrossFitting he enjoys reading, watching the Atlanta Falcons, and more importantly spending time with his beautiful wife, Sara, and their son, Cole.

Sara Moody is an athlete and coach at CrossFit Adrenaline.  With an athletic background, Sara started CrossFit in 2012 not knowing what to expect. She discovered a sport she truly enjoyed and could commit herself to.

Her desire to coach comes from 8 years of teaching middle and high school.  With a degree in Education from Samford University and a masters from the American College of Education, Sara’s passion is ensuring that others learn and grow from their experiences.  When not at the box, Sara is a teacher for a distance learning company and enjoys spending her free time with husband, Matt and their son, Cole.

Austin Hrossowyc is a coach and athlete at CF Adrenaline. As CF Adrenaline’s youngest coach, he is currently studying to become an Advanced EMT and Firefighter. He began CrossFit in 2013 and has been

coaching since 2015. During his high school days, Austin played baseball and participated in various field events for his track and field team. When he is not at CrossFit, he enjoys spending time outdoors, working on his photography, yoga, and binge watching shows on Netflix!

I am an avid certified personal trainer of over 200+ clients. At CrossFit I will be able to combine both my passions of children and fitness and look forward to teaching kids that a healthy level of activity can be fun.  Whitney is a happily married and a mom of two precious boys. She leads a busy life with full time jobs; however, exercise has always been a priority.

Sydney has a passion for coaching people and see them achieve goals they never thought were possible. Her goal is to one day own her own gym.  She loves to compete in CrossFit competitions and has done The Open for the past 4 years.

Softball is Sydney’s first love and played softball all 4 years in high school resulting in a scholarship to LaGrange College where she was invited to be a starter, as a Freshman, on the Varsity softball team. Her favorite work out partner is her dad and kicks his butt any time she can! When she isn’t at the box she enjoys anything outside and watching the Packers play.

chiropractor, he loves learning about the human body’s mechanisms and potential.  His fitness history includes soccer, jiu jitsu, and Muay Thai.

He currently is taking personal training clients at CFA and will be taking over classes once he completes his L1 certification.

When he’s not working he loves to recreationally eat, watch movies, and spend time with his family and girlfriend, Sarah.
