The Workout of the DAY (WOD) has been come iconic and almost synonymous with CrossFit. Each of our CrossFit classes features one or more daily workouts. These workouts combine movements from one or more of the three main CrossFit modalities – Monostructural (aerobic/cardio/long-slow-distance), Gymnastics, and Weightlifting. Prepare to challenge yourself in multiple dimensions of time and space as we work out together as a community. No matter where you are starting on your fitness journey, the workout of the day is infinitely scalable to match your skills and fitness levels.
